Rental Information

Looking to host a camp or retreat? Pending upon availability and agreements to rules and guidelines concerning use of the facilities we do rent the camp facilities to help with our maintenance costs.

Handbook for Renters

Deposits

A $200 Non-Refundable Security Deposit will be required before a rental date can be secured. This deposit will be used to secure the date(s) requested and will be applied toward the final bill (having the effect of a down-payment).

A $500 Refundable Damage Deposit will also be required to be put in a sealed envelope on day of arrival and will be returned providing no damage is uncovered after a post camp inspection. (A pre-camp inspection will be done prior to renters arriving and presented to person responsible for transactions.)

Rates By Organization

Non-FWB Church Rate
(Non-Contributing)

Church groups other than Free Will Baptist wishing to use the camp for a regular camp week session will be charged a flat rate of $3,000.00 per week (5 days) plus $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool. For less than 5 days the rate will be prorated. (Security deposits as per contract execution will be required)

Non-FWB Church
Supporting the camp with at least $100 average per month.

Church groups other than Free Will Baptist, supporting the camp with at least $100 per month, wishing to use the camp for a regular camp week session will be charged a flat rate of $1,500.00 per week (5 days) plus $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool. For less than 5 days the rate will be prorated. (Security deposits as per contract execution will be required)

FWB Churches
(Non-Contributing)

$10.00 per person per night with a 25-person minimum. $150 for the first day's use of the Conference/Activities Building and $100 for each additional day. Additional $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool (Prorated for less than a week).

FWB Churches Supporting the camp with at least $50 average per month.

$5.00 per night per person with a 25-person minimum. $75 for the first day's use of the Conference/Activities Building, $50 for each additional day.

Additional $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool (Prorated for less than a week).

FWB Churches Supporting the camp with at least $100 average per month.

$5.00 per night per person with a 25-person minimum. No charge for the Conference/Activities Building. Additional $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool (Prorated for less than a week).

FWB Organizations

(Includes: Master's Men, WNAC, etc.)

$5.00 per night per person with a 25 person minimum. No charge for the Conference/Activities Building. Additional $200.00 charge for use of water slide and $200.00 /week charge for use of pool (Prorated for less than a week).
